We have beginner programs to get you started then more advanced programs for you to transition to once you are confident in your running ability. It also helps if you change your mindset - 'You ARE a runner' now... |
Q - Can I do the programs at anytime? A - Yes. You can schedule the start day for whenever you like. You can also reschedule the program if you want to start over. The programs are yours for life. |
