Frequently Asked Questions


​Q - Will I need equipment or a gym membership to succeed with The Barracks Gym?
A - No. We have 2 programming options. "Minimal Equipment" OR "Full Gym Access".

​Q - I'm new to exercising, how will I know if I'm doing the exercises correctly?
A - All exercises come with video demonstrations and for the more complex movements we have instructional videos. 

Q - I'm not much of a runner, will the programs help me to pass the beep test?
A - Absolutely! We have beginner programs to get you started then more advanced programs for you to transition to once you are confident in your running ability. It also helps if you change your mindset - 'You ARE a runner' now. ​

​Q - Can I do the programs at anytime?
​

A - Yes. You can schedule the start day for whenever you like. You can also reschedule the program if you want to start over. The programs are yours for life.
