- Do I need equipment? We suggest having something available such as a back pack to use as a weight. In the demonstration videos we are using a loaded backpack as a weight for the strength sessions.
- Will I know what all of the exercises are? There are videos attached to each of the exercises for you to reference as well as a full explanation for each workout (reference pic)
- What sort of training will I be doing? The complete daily training schedule is listed below. There is an example of Day 1 in the pics. You will also be doing a combination of bodyweight and minimal equipment Upper and Lower Body sessions, Circuits, lot's of Core Work and plenty of Running. All workouts include Warm Ups and Cool Downs.
