3 hour Running Workshop $99 One Time Fee 16 Feb 2019
The Barracks Gym is hosting another highly successful Defence Force Applicant Running Workshop. This workshop was a huge success last time and we know there are many more ADF Applicants out there who NEED this course.
This workshop will focus on the tools you will need to pass the PFA and continue to help you throughout your military career. Michael has worked with hundreds of recruit applicants on improving their running technique with very successful results.
Take this opportunity to arm yourself with the necessary tools to achieve your dream of serving in the Australian military.
3 Hour Workshop includes:
Warm up and cool down routines
Drills to improve beep test performance
Drills for injury prevention
Strength exercises to assist running performance
Techniques to break through mindset blockers
Appropriate running clothing and shoes
Note pad and pen
Sunscreen and hat
Fruit will be provided - bring your own snacks if you have specific dietary requirements.
